ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
GUIDELINES
|
Abstracts are to be submitted in English only.
They must not have been published or presented at any national
or international meeting. Authors should indicate on the
Abstract whether they would prefer a poster presentation or an
Oral (Workshop, Symposium) presentation.. A rule of two first
authored abstracts per delegate operates (delegates can be
co-authors on multiple abstracts). Abstracts should be no
longer than 300 words. We will send confirmation of receipt of
all abstract(s). If no confirmation is received, the onus is on
the author to communicate with the secretariat to organise
resubmission. Abstracts will be reviewed and those papers which
are accepted will be assigned to different presentations on the
basis of merit, subject matter and number of abstracts received.
Late breaker abstracts will be accepted until 17 June 2005.
These must be submitted in exactly the same way, with a clear
header (LATE BREAKER). Late breaker abstracts will be reviewed
and notification of inclusion will occur by 27th June
2005. |
